DEARBORN HEIGHTS, MI - The Dearborn Heights Spirit Festival, presented by J&T Crova, returns to the Canfield Community Center for five days of music, entertainment, carnival rides, fireworks, and cultural experiences for all ages, Wednesday, June 10 through Sunday, June 14, 2026. This city tradition brings together residents and visitors from across the region for a celebration of community, local culture, and summer spirit.

 

This year’s festival features a lineup of special events throughout the week. On Thursday, June 11, local veterans will lead the Mayor's Walk stepping off at 6:30 PM, with lineup beginning at 5:30 PM at St. Linus School. The Senior Jubilee will offer a dedicated celebration for older residents. On Friday, June 12, the Police vs. Fire softball game tips off at 7:30 PM, putting Dearborn Heights finest against each other on the diamond.

 

The festival also introduces Sensory Hours on Wednesday, June 11 from 1 to 3 PM, offering a quieter, low-stimulation environment designed for attendees with sensory sensitivities and their families.

 

Attendees can cap off the weekend with a fireworks show on Saturday, June 13 around 10 PM.

 

Free shuttles and overflow parking will be available from Berwyn Center and Eton Center for easy access to the Canfield Community Center throughout the festival, Friday through Sunday from 4 PM to 10 PM.

 

Vendor and food truck applications are now open for submission. A variety of food trucks will be on site offering diverse options to satisfy every appetite. Vendors and service organization tents will also be set up throughout the festival grounds.
